Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Data Migration to support a strategic Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) engagement for our client in Oman. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle EBS (R12.1.x & R12.2.x), with a strong focus on Finance and Procurement modules, and a proven track record in full-cycle implementations and data migration strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical efforts for Oracle EBS data migration across Finance and Procurement modules

- Provide advisory on data migration strategies, tools, and best practices

- Manage full lifecycle implementations, including data conversions and post-deployment support

- Extract, transform, and load data from source systems into Oracle EBS

- Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL scripts, interfaces, and Oracle Forms & Reports

- Support Oracle Mobile Applications and OAF components

- Collaborate with offshore teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups

- Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance throughout the migration process

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- Oracle E-Business Suite (11i & R12) Finance & Procurement modules

- SQL, PL/SQL, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Data Migrations

- Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Forms & Reports

- Oracle Mobile Applications

- Strong understanding of product functionality in Finance and Procurement

- Experience in data extraction and transformation from legacy systems

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and offshore coordination
