Job Title : Business Consultant SAP

Location : Mauritius

Domain : SAP HCM

Purpose of the Role :

- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP system solutions.

- Configure, test, and implement SAP modules (e.g., HCM, FI/CO, MM, Basis/Technical).

- Provide day-to-day SAP support and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Participate in SAP upgrade, migration, and integration initiatives.

- Deliver end-user training and promote effective adoption of SAP functionalities.

- Prepare functional documentation including specifications, test scripts, and training materials.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business needs.

- Ensure SAP system compliance with SILs policies, standards, and security protocols.

- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

- Perform additional duties as required to fulfill the role effectively.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Criteria : Requirement

- Education : Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

- Certification : SAP HCM certification preferred

- Experience : Proven track record in SAP implementation, configuration, and support

- Projects : Exposure to upgrades, migrations, and integrations is an advantage
