Position : SAP ADM Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP ADM Manager to oversee the Application Development & Maintenance activities for our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will manage a team of SAP consultants and developers, ensure high system availability, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP ADM projects across multiple modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.)

- Ensure adherence to SLA-driven application support and incident management processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Manage team performance, task allocation, and resource planning for SAP development and maintenance.

- Monitor system performance, coordinate SAP upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, change management, and security policies.

- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and documentation efforts.

- Liaise with third-party vendors, AMS partners, and SAP for escalations and support.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics on support performance and improvement areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in SAP with at least 35 years in a management or lead role within ADM.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or S/4HANA environment.

- Hands-on experience with SAP development tools (ABAP, Fiori, BAPIs, RFCs, etc.) is a plus.

- Expertise in ITIL practices, incident/problem/change management processes.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience working in a global delivery model (onshore/offshore coordination).
