Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, customization, and integration. The role requires the ability to design scalable solutions, develop custom functionalities, and work independently on complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

- Develop low-code and no-code solutions using Salesforce standard tools, workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and other OOTB functionalities.

- Build custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Perform descriptive programming and advanced configuration to support complex business processes.

- Analyze business requirements and recommend the best-fit Salesforce solution using standard capabilities wherever possible.

- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.

- Configure and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Portal for customers, partners, or employees.

- Ensure Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines are followed.

- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues in Salesforce applications.

- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

- Support deployment, release management, and DevOps processes using tools such as VS Code, GitLab, Jenkins, Copado, or Salesforce DevOps Center.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and user guides.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.

- Good knowledge of Salesforce standard tools and low-code solutioning approaches.

- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard capabilities and out-of-the-box features.

- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications.

- Experience in Experience Cloud / Community Cloud configuration.

- Ability to independently analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for complex business and technical issues.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in release management and CI/CD processes using VS Code, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Salesforce certifications such as :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

- Salesforce Administrator

- Salesforce App Builder

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Architect Certification (Preferred)

Domain Preference :

- Candidates with prior experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry-related Salesforce processes and applications will be preferred.
