Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Visualization Specialist with proven expertise in Tableau Desktop and a strong foundation in Salesforce data integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact dashboards that drive business insights and decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to business needs

- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive data models and compelling visualizations

- Apply best practices in data storytelling, layout design, and performance optimization

- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability

- Integrate Salesforce data into Tableau for unified, real-time reporting across business functions

- Conduct dashboard performance tuning and implement scalable visualization solutions

- Document dashboard logic, data sources, and user guides for internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 47 years of hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop development and deployment

- Salesforce Certified Tableau Desktop Foundations credential (must-have)

- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and analytics workflows

- Familiarity with Salesforce data architecture, objects, and reporting structures

- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing dashboard performance

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present insights effectively

- Proven ability to align visualizations with business KPIs and strategic goals

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and collaborative development practices

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts

- Exposure to other BI tools or platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker)

- Ability to mentor junior analysts or contribute to visualization standards
