Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience to join our team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL, along with the ability to analyze complex datasets, build scalable machine learning models, and derive actionable business insights.

- You will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful information, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

- Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems

- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to improve model accuracy

- Write optimized and efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to understand requirements and deliver data solutions

- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders

- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and analytics

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)

- Solid experience in SQL (complex queries, joins, indexing, optimization)

- Good understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar)

- Experience working with structured and unstructured data

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria (Important) :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Data Science or Analytics roles

- Candidates must be available to join within Immediate to 15 days

- Prior experience in end-to-end model development and deployment is preferred

- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment
