Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong proficiency in French and English communication to work closely with our global clients on technology-driven business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring seamless project delivery across multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage directly with French-speaking clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for the technical teams.

- Conduct workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder meetings in both French and English.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.

- Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and process mapping to recommend system enhancements.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and documentation.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and change requests.

- Work with clients across domains such as retail, supply chain, data analytics, and enterprise applications.

- Act as a key liaison between French-speaking stakeholders and internal technical teams in India.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5-8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services or consulting environment.

- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) mandatory.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.

- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to project delivery.

- Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience working with European clients, especially in France, Belgium, or Switzerland.

- Domain exposure in retail, manufacturing, data, or digital transformation projects.

- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analysis is a plus.
