Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of UI/UX design across web, mobile, and hardware touchpoints.

- Translate complex ideas in Web 3.0 Crypto and NFTs into simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences.

- Contribute to the design of packaging and physical interfaces for hardware products.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences from concept to launch.

- Help raise the bar on design quality across the company.

- Drive design systems, ensuring visual consistency and scalability as our products grow.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates strong UI/UX skills and creative problem-solving.

- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Blender, or similar).

- Experience working on end-to-end design flows from research to prototypes to shipping products.

- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

- A mindset that thrives in fast-moving, frontier tech environments.
