Cymetrix Software - Salesforce Developer - Lightning Web Components

Responsibilities :

- Utilize OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) extensively to build user friendly and efficient customer journeys.

- Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to build and configure solutions tailored to the financial services industry.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

- Perform thorough testing and ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards.

- Work effectively in a remote environment and communicate proactively with the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience : 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Mandatory :

- Proven and strong prior experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

- Heavy and demonstrable experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures).

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Record-triggered Flows, etc.

- Solid understanding and practical experience with Apex development, including Triggers, Classes, and Batch Jobs.

- Experience with data modeling, data migration, and data integration within Salesforce.

- Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have) :
