Job Summary :

The CyberArk PAM Administrator will manage, support, secure, and optimize privileged account management infrastructure using CyberArk Privilege Cloud solutions.

The role includes administration of privileged accounts, onboarding credentials, policy management, server health monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise PAM environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain CyberArk Privilege Cloud and associated on-prem components.

- Manage privileged user accounts, safes, platforms, and policies.

- Integrate privileged and service accounts into CyberArk safes.

- Perform onboarding of privileged credentials and account discovery.

- Deploy CyberArk patches and support version upgrades.

- Monitor and maintain CPM, PSM, and Vault infrastructure health.

- Test and certify new CyberArk features and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot PAM-related technical issues and incidents.

- Create user documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for PAM enhancements.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud.

- Knowledge of CyberArk CPM, PSM, Safes, and Vault.

- Experience managing PAM policies and privileged credentials.

- Server administration and monitoring experience.

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

- Understanding of privileged access security best practices.

- Ability to read architectural diagrams and execute implementation plans.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-hosted PAM environments.

- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Information Security, IT, or related discipline.
