Cyber Security Domain Expertise (Mandatory) :
- Deep understanding of IAM principles, including provisioning, authentication (MFA, SSO), authorization, and governance.
- Practical experience with PAM concepts, including privileged session management, vaulting, auditing, and least-privilege enforcement.
Background & Analytical Skills :
Communication & Customer Interaction :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. The role requires frequent and effective communication with customer-facing teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand needs, explain technical solutions, and manage expectations.
Responsibilities :
Solution Implementation & Management :
- Perform regular health checks, upgrades, and patches for IAM/PAM infrastructure components.
Analysis & Consulting :
- Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM/PAM, providing guidance to internal teams and external customers.
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into actionable technical specifications for security solutions.
- Conduct security assessments and gap analyses, proposing necessary control enhancements.
Troubleshooting & Support :
- Act as a high-level technical escalation point, troubleshooting complex issues related to identity synchronization, access workflows, and privileged session failures.
Documentation & Training :
- Create detailed documentation, including technical designs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams and end-users.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or certifications specific to major IAM/PAM products) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
