We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Tech Cyber Security Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) domains, combined with strong customer-facing communication and analytical skills derived from a background in consulting, business analysis, or technical support.

Key Requirements & Skills :

Cyber Security Domain Expertise (Mandatory) :

- Hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and maintaining solutions within the security domain, particularly focused on IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management).

- Deep understanding of IAM principles, including provisioning, authentication (MFA, SSO), authorization, and governance.

- Practical experience with PAM concepts, including privileged session management, vaulting, auditing, and least-privilege enforcement.

Background & Analytical Skills :

- Prior professional background as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Support Engineer is highly valued. This indicates strong skills in requirement gathering, solution documentation, problem-solving, and client relationship management.

Communication & Customer Interaction :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. The role requires frequent and effective communication with customer-facing teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand needs, explain technical solutions, and manage expectations.

Responsibilities :

Solution Implementation & Management :

- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain IAM and PAM solutions (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.) to meet client security policies and compliance requirements.

- Perform regular health checks, upgrades, and patches for IAM/PAM infrastructure components.

Analysis & Consulting :

- Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM/PAM, providing guidance to internal teams and external customers.

- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into actionable technical specifications for security solutions.

- Conduct security assessments and gap analyses, proposing necessary control enhancements.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Act as a high-level technical escalation point, troubleshooting complex issues related to identity synchronization, access workflows, and privileged session failures.

Documentation & Training :

- Create detailed documentation, including technical designs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams and end-users.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or certifications specific to major IAM/PAM products) are highly desirable.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
