Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee the delivery of cybersecurity projects and services across clients.

- Manage a team of cybersecurity engineers, analysts, and consultants, ensuring performance and capability development.

- Review and validate security architectures, designs, and implementation plans.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements.

- Act as the primary technical contact for key customers, handling escalations, reviews, and technical guidance.

- Drive delivery governance, best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for solutioning, sizing, and proposal support.

- Evaluate and integrate new cybersecurity technologies and tools into the practice.

- Oversee SOC operations, threat management processes, and incident response activities (as applicable).

Strong hands-on experience with :

Cisco Security :

- Cisco Security : Firewalls, ISE, Email Security, Secure Endpoint, VPN

Barracuda :

- Barracuda : WAF, CloudGen Firewalls, Email Security

Palo Alto Networks :

- Palo Alto Networks : NGFW, Prisma, Cortex

CrowdStrike :

- CrowdStrike : Falcon Endpoint Security Platform

Trend Micro :

- Tred Micro : Tipping Point (NIPS), Anti-APT, NDR, XDR, CREM, Threat Intelligence

- Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains including threat detection, vulnerability management, network security, endpoint security, and access management.

- Experience in delivering complex security projects across multiple environments.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven leadership experience in managing cybersecurity delivery teams.

- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to drive governance, discipline, and technical excellence within the practice.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, PCNSE, CrowdStrike Certifications, Cisco Security Certifications, etc., will be an added advantage
