Summary :
We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our advisory team and deliver comprehensive, technology-driven security solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across multiple cybersecurity domains, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade security architectures.
Core Technical Expertise :
- Proven Go-To-Market (GTM) experience with domestic clients for cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong command of Application & Infrastructure Security (VA/PT) including vulnerability management, penetration testing, and secure configuration assessments.
- In-depth experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks.
- Expertise in Enterprise Security Architecture leveraging frameworks such as TOGAF and SABSA.
- Implementation and audit experience with ISO27001, ISO22301, NIST CSF, and SANS security frameworks.
- Proficiency in Incident Response, Breach Management, and Forensics.
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and securing emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and OT environments.
- Hands-on experience with Network Security Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, CASB, and Zero Trust implementations.
- Strong working knowledge of security tools such as DLP, EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and SOC operations.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for security monitoring and remediation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing cybersecurity consulting and operations team.
- Design and deliver technical security assessments, architecture reviews, and implementation roadmaps for enterprise clients.
- Oversee cybersecurity solution delivery across multiple engagements ensuring technical excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools, technologies, and methodologies into client security programs.
- Support the organizations go-to-market strategy by developing cybersecurity offerings, RFP responses, and technical proposals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous alignment between security strategy and business objectives.
- Publish thought leadership content and lead internal capability development sessions.
- Track project progress, ensure quality assurance, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 1218 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, architecture, or leadership roles.
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP, ISO27001 LA, TOGAF, SABSA, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
