Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity IAM Engineer to design, implement, and secure enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

The role focuses on integrating and managing Active Directory (AD), RADIUS, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) within secure, high-availability environments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong documentation skills, and a proactive approach to enhancing authentication and access controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and maintain IAM solutions integrating Active Directory (AD), RADIUS, and PKI in secure enterprise environments.

- Configure and manage Microsoft Active Directory, including Group Policies, authentication mechanisms, and domain trusts.

- Support and optimize authentication services for enterprise applications and infrastructure.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Low-Level Designs (LLDs), build guides, test scripts, and knowledge base (KB) articles.

- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IAM components throughout the project lifecycle from design and implementation to operational support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance, scalability, and interoperability of IAM services.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving authentication and authorization issues.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, PKI, and RADIUS configuration and management.

- Proficiency in IAM protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.

- Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) or privileged access management (PAM) tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk (preferred).

- Understanding of zero-trust principles and secure authentication design.

- Strong capability in producing clear, detailed documentation and communicating technical concepts effectively.
