Job Description :

We are seeking experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professionals with strong expertise in ForgeRock and/or SailPoint platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as the role involves direct client interaction and requirement management. Candidates should bring a minimum of 6 years of IT experience, with at least 45 years focused on IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage IAM solutions using ForgeRock and/or SailPoint.

- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and manage expectations.

- Configure identity workflows, access policies, and provisioning processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues and integration challenges.

- Collaborate with internal security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure identity frameworks.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock and/or SailPoint.

- Solid understanding of IAM concepts like authentication, authorization, SSO, RBAC, and provisioning.

- Experience in integrating IAM tools with enterprise applications and directories.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage client communications effectively.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.

- IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer, ForgeRock Certified Specialist).
