- We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer with hands-on expertise in data encryption, key management, and Hardware Security Modules (HSM).

- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Unix/Linux administration, infrastructure security, and software development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain data encryption and key management solutions using HSMs and other secure key storage technologies.

- Manage encryption key lifecycles, including generation, rotation, archival, and destruction, ensuring compliance with security standards.

- Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to integrate encryption solutions within enterprise systems.

- Administer and secure Unix/Linux environments, ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with development teams using tools like GitLab, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines to embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls including load balancers, firewalls, logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve security incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders and business teams.

- Participate in security reviews, risk assessments, and compliance audits.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity or related roles.

- Proven experience with data encryption technologies, key management systems, and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).

- Proficiency in Unix/Linux system administration.

- Strong understanding of network and infrastructure components firewalls, load balancers, monitoring, and alerting tools.

- Experience working with DevOps tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) and familiarity with CI/CD processes.

- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and secure coding practices.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and security controls.
