- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture aligned with business strategies.

- Evaluate business requirements to determine key security needs, conduct system security and vulnerability analyses, and perform risk assessments.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement technology solutions that enable initiatives while mitigating security risks.

- Ensure security standards, methodologies, and controls are integrated into enterprise architecture and cloud environments.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for control failures and provide risk treatment recommendations to IT management.

- Identify and mitigate common systems, software, and web application vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10).

- Mentor and guide cybersecurity and IT team members to strengthen organizational security expertise.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to continuously improve security posture.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise :

- 15+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years as a Cybersecurity Architect or Lead Engineer.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies and cloud architecture standards.

- Expert understanding of security issues, techniques, and implications.

- Advanced knowledge of common vulnerabilities, threats, and mitigation techniques.

- Ability to conduct system security analyses, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.

- Strong advisory skills for IT management on risk treatment and mitigation.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Assurance, Computer Science, or related field.

- Relevant certifications preferred : CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or equivalent.

- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
