Cyber Security & Digital Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities :

- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of core security solutions, including DLP, SASE, firewalls, IDAM, SIEM, SOAR, and vulnerability management.

- Monitor and respond to security incidents, escalating complex threats to senior leadership.

- Support threat hunting activities and contribute to proactive risk mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security controls are effectively integrated.

- Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities.

- Maintain documentation and contribute to security awareness initiatives across the organization.

- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco networking environments, including campus network infrastructure and secure routing/switching.

- Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend improvements to the existing security posture.

Requirements :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in network security and information security within large enterprise environments.

- Exposure to managing global enterprise setups and hybrid cloud environments.

- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIST, etc.

Hands-on experience with :

- Cisco networking technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).

- Campus network architecture and operations.

- Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

- Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).

- Firewall administration.

- Identity and Access Management (IDAM).

- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

- Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR).

- Threat hunting and vulnerability management.
