- Techno-Functional Expertise : Serve as a key resource, leveraging strong expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Module Specialization : Focus on the Payroll or Core HR modules, providing in-depth functional configuration, solution design, and technical support.

- Fast Formula Development : Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to support various HR and Payroll functionalities (e.g., calculations, validations, alerts).

- Requirements & Design : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical design specifications.

- System Configuration & Testing : Perform system configurations, conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, UAT), and ensure the successful deployment of solutions.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues, providing ongoing support for Oracle HCM applications.

- Data Analysis : Be able to perform data analysis and potentially write basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.

- Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical developers, and other functional consultants to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of professional experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Strong functional and technical expertise in either Oracle Payroll OR Oracle Core HR modules.

- Hands-on experience with Fast Formula development.

- Demonstrated ability to work across both technical and functional areas of Oracle HCM.

- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and debugging is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
