Cybage Software - Salesforce Solution Strategist

Technical Skills:

- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce Solution Architecture.

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Security & Sharing, and Data Architecture.

- Experience in solution design, system integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.

- Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Data Modeling, and Security.

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, Release Management, and Agile delivery.

- Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, Integration, Data, CTA).

- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI/GenAI, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise integration projects.
