About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Genesys IVR - Cyara Automation Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves designing, testing, and automating IVR and contact center solutions using Genesys and Cyara automation platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in voice infrastructure, IVR testing automation, and contact center integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and execute automation test frameworks using Cyara for Genesys IVR systems.

- Perform IVR call flow testing, validation, and reporting for new implementations and upgrades.

- Integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

- Troubleshoot IVR and voice-related issues across multiple environments.

- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure test coverage and quality.

- Monitor system performance and generate test reports to identify improvement areas.

- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, scripts, and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in Genesys IVR and Cyara Automation Testing.

- Strong understanding of contact center infrastructure and voice applications.

- Hands-on experience in automation scripting, integration, and test framework setup.

- Ability to troubleshoot IVR call flows, routing logic, and connectivity issues.

- Familiarity with SIP, RTP, and telephony protocols
