About the Role :

Were looking for a Custom Software Engineer with a strong DevOps background to build, optimize, and maintain scalable software solutions. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, own end-to-end delivery, and help turn business requirements into solid technical implementations. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions across applications and systems

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specs

- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability

- Participate in code reviews and ensure best engineering practices

- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and handle multiple sprint calls

- Take ownership, operate independently, and grow as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in DevOps roles (3+ years)

- Hands-on expertise with Python and Apache Airflow

- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab

- Good understanding of cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Experience with batch processing / job scheduling tools (Control-M or similar)

- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Oracle databases

- Understanding of release management processes

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments

- Ability to mentor teammates and contribute to technical decisions
