We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Software Team Leader to lead and manage our software development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive high-quality project execution from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of software developers, ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope.

- Oversee software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing,

deployment, and maintenance.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices through regular code reviews and process improvements.

- Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions when needed.

Key Requirements :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 23 years in a Lead or managerial role.

- Strong expertise in tech stack - Dot net, Angular, Node , MSSQL and reporting tools

- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
