We are looking for a highly skilled Lead App Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to design and maintain top-notch mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, the ability to think architecturally, and the drive to lead projects while mentoring less experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

Mobile Development Expertise :

- Master one of the major platforms : iOS, Android, or hybrid solutions like Flutter or React Native.

App Performance and Optimization :

- Enhance network efficiency and implement strategies for data caching and ensure apps work seamlessly even offline.

- Detect and fix memory issues, app crashes, and situations where apps stop responding.

- Improve rendering performance to ensure smooth animations and interactions.

Software Design :

- Apply SOLID principles and best practices in software design to build scalable and maintainable applications.

Team Leadership and Mentorship :

- Guide and support junior and mid-level engineers in their career development and ensure high standards of coding practice.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) :

- Utilize tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, CircleCI, or Jenkins to automate and streamline the app development and deployment process.
