About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Python, and Performance Testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable automation frameworks, executing functional and regression testing, conducting performance and load tests, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Selenium and Python.

- Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable automated test scripts.

- Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using JMeter or LoadRunner.

- Develop performance test scenarios, scripts, workloads, and test data based on application requirements.

- Analyze performance test results and identify application, database, network, and infrastructure bottlenecks.

- Generate performance test reports and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

- Execute automated regression suites and analyze test failures.

- Identify, document, track, and validate defects using tools such as Jira or equivalent.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and other QA team members to resolve defects.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, test strategy, and release validation activities.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

- Maintain test scripts, automation frameworks, test data, and technical documentation.

- Perform root cause analysis for functional and performance-related issues.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Continuously improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, and testing processes.
