About the Role :
We are looking for a Tech Lead - AMS with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud within the Salesforce ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will lead AMS delivery, ensure high-quality technical solutions, and provide continuous improvements and support for existing Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Salesforce AMS projects, ensuring smooth operations, incident resolution, and enhancements.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze issues, and propose scalable technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce components across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Monitor system performance, handle integration support, and ensure platform optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business analysts for successful project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
- Participate in change management and release activities following best practices.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and support.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL, and API Integrations.
- Experience with AMS support models (incident, problem, and change management).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD tools, and release management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, or specific Cloud certifications) preferred.
Good to Have :
- Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds or third-party integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing systems for AMS operations.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
Education :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
