RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding best practices for software design, integration, and delivery.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy applications and aligning IT with strategic business goals.

- Design cloud-native solutions, and lead cloud migration and optimization strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Define and implement microservices architectures, distributed systems, and high-availability infrastructures.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and architecture blueprints.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, IoT, and Blockchain, into business solutions where applicable.

- Drive the implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and seamless deployments in collaboration with SRE teams.

- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards including GDPR, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.

- Promote architectural governance by maintaining up-to-date documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows.

- Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies across technical projects.

- Lead technology evaluations and vendor assessments to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

- Engage in large-scale government and public sector projects, ensuring delivery of secure, compliant, and citizen-centric

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Proven track record of delivering at least two large-scale projects involving microservices, distributed systems, and high-availability architectures.

- Strong development and architectural background in .NET and PHP, with experience in modernizing and scaling enterprise applications.

- Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong command over DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- In-depth understanding of security protocols, compliance frameworks, and risk management.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Proficiency in preparing and presenting technical documentation and architectural artifacts.

- Open to working on government and public sector projects, with focus on scalable and compliant digital solutions.
