Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions across various modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.)

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP projects.

- Define and maintain SAP architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout all phases of SAP projectsdesign, development, testing, and deployment.

- Evaluate and recommend new SAP technologies, tools, and enhancements.

- Manage integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.

- Support post-implementation activities, including performance tuning and issue resolution.

- Lead or participate in SAP migration or upgrade projects (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and architecture design.

- Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and relevant functional modules.

- Strong understanding of SAP integration, workflow, and data management.

- Proven experience in solution design, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
