Cubastion - SAP PS Consultant - FI/CO Modules

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant with a strong functional understanding of project management and hands-on experience in SAP PS configurations. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing and supporting SAP PS processes integrated with other SAP modules. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective project solutions and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP PS modules including Project Definition, WBS Elements, Networks, and Activities.

- Assist in gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis, and designing solutions aligned with project management practices.

- Integrate SAP PS with related modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.

- Support budgeting, cost planning, and settlement processes within SAP PS.

- Perform testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and ensure proper validation of business scenarios.

- Resolve day-to-day user issues, ensuring system stability and timely support.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation including configuration guides, functional specifications, and process flows.

- Support projects go-lives, system upgrades, and enhancements under guidance from senior consultants.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions in project management.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PS implementation and support projects

- Good understanding of project management processes (WBS, networks, milestones, and budgeting)

- Basic knowledge of integration with FI/CO, MM, and SD modules

- Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and settlement

- Exposure to S/4HANA PS functionalities is an advantage

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and support business users effectively.

- Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
