About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.


EXPERIENCE : 15+ years (Mandatory), less experienced profiles will not be considered.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :


- Lead, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring on-time, within scope, and within budget delivery.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.

- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management frameworks.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and business teams.

- Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.

- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance standards, and quality metrics.

- Manage vendors, third-party partners, and distributed teams when required.

- Foster team motivation, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong communication channels.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :


- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.

- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications (preferred)
