We are looking for a CTI Genesys Developer / Administrator with strong hands-on experience in contact center technologies and IVR development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting IVR solutions while ensuring seamless integration with Genesys platforms and contact center environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer, configure, and support Genesys Contact Center environments.
- Design and develop IVR call flows using Genesys Composer.
- Develop and maintain IVR applications using Composer Tool and Java JDK.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into IVR solutions.
- Support and troubleshoot contact center and IVR-related issues.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of Genesys solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and integrations.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of overall experience in CTI / Contact Center technologies.
- 2+ years of experience as a Genesys Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Contact Center Technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Engage.
- Experience in IVR development using Genesys Composer.
- Hands-on experience with Composer Tool and Java JDK.
- Ability to design and develop IVR call flows.
- Knowledge of CME, SIP, and VXML.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Exposure to Genesys Cloud.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
