Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated CSW Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our network segmentation strategy using Cisco Secure Workload (CSW) and Palo Alto Firewalls.

You will collaborate closely with network engineers, security architects, and application owners to ensure robust security posture and compliance. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing our attack surface, protecting critical assets, and enabling a zero-trust security environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement network segmentation strategies using Cisco Secure Workload (CSW) to isolate critical applications and data.

- Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls to enforce security policies and control network traffic flow.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network segmentation architecture and security policies for audit and compliance purposes.

- Collaborate with application owners to understand application dependencies and create appropriate security policies.

- Monitor and analyze network traffic patterns to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues related to CSW and Palo Alto Firewalls to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

- Automate network security tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions to enhance our overall security posture.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing network segmentation strategies using Cisco Secure Workload (CSW).

- Proven ability to configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls, including policy creation, rule optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of network security principles, including zero-trust architecture, micro-segmentation, and least privilege access.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network security issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
