Crum & Forster Services India (CFSI) is an India subsidiary of Crum & Forster Inc. The objective is to provide digital and IT services to C&F business units by creating autonomous squads focused on a specific product or a business team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, ensuring high scalability and performance.

- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces with React and Next.js, including reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Develop secure and efficient APIs, microservices, and integrations to support application functionality.

- Manage cloud deployments and optimize applications for AWS or GCP environments.

- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality by following best practices, writing clean and maintainable code, and participating in code reviews.

- Contribute to CI/CD processes and maintain version control using Git.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in full stack development and Next.js.

- Participate in team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills :

- Full Stack Developer (JavaScript / TypeScript | NextJs, Angular / React | Node.js, NestJS | AWS / GCP)

Required skills :

- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaSc ript /TypeScript/ NextJs

- Hands-on experience with Angular or React (bonus if both).

- Proficiency in Node.js /NestJs.

- Solid understanding of API design, REST web services, and microservices architecture.

- Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).

- Cloud deployment experience with AWS or GCP.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
