Crownstack - Senior Quality Analyst - Manual Testing

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

- Design & Maintain manual test cases.

- Create detailed, step-by-step manual test cases based on project requirements and functional specifications.

- Perform manual testing to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

- Document and track test results, defects, and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.

- Investigate, triage, and prioritize reported defects based on severity and impact.

- Work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution of issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.

- You will be required to give technical interviews to clients or internal teams before you are onboarded on new projects.

Requirements & Skills :

- 4-5+ years of testing experience.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, high stake projects in an agile environment.

- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle.

- Must have good experience in testing mobile and web applications.

- Must have good experience in writing effective manual test cases.

- Must have experience in running regression or smoke testing suit.

- Must have experience in deciding priorities of test cases and managing all test case scenarios.

- Must have experience in handling customer directly without need of supervision.

- Ability to communicate properly by good written and verbal communication and by generating good test reports.

Good To Have :

- Exposure to Agile, Scrum.

- Exposure to Automation testing is a plus.

- Exposure to API testing or performance testing using Postman and Jmeter is a plus.

- Creating Test Plans, Test Strategies, setting up Testing Environments, Understand business requirements.

- Experience with Testrails, Testlink, or other Test management tools.
