What we are looking for :

A skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM)/ Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant with expertise in cybersecurity, particularly in the realm of privileged access management.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in securing our organization's sensitive data by effectively managing and overseeing privileged access.

Roles/Responsibilities :

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with a focus on privileged access management.

- Conduct assessments of the current PAM environment, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing in-depth analysis for continuous improvement.

- Possess a deep understanding of Privileged Access Management and hands-on experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Thycotic, or BeyondTrust.

- Proficiency in relevant technologies, including Active Directory, LDAP, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and network security.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Perform Privileged Access Management functions to ensure secure access to critical systems and data.

- Execute User and Privilege Access Administration functions, adhering to security protocols.

- Ensure the availability of Privileged Access Management services and promptly resolve any service-related issues.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the PAM team on a daily basis.

- Regularly report the status of PAM initiatives to the Head of Identity and Access Management.

- Possess sound knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including cloud environments.

- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience working with industry-leading Privileged Access Management solutions, such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.

- Troubleshoot PAM-related issues and implement effective solutions.

- Have a background in Information Security and/or Identity Access Management.

- Collaborate with the sales team in sales and pre-sales activities, including PoCs, demos, and technical presentations to potential clients.

- Understand the unique business requirements and challenges of clients and propose tailored PAM solutions to address their needs.

Qualification :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM/PAM technologies, including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or equivalent enterprise-grade access management tools.

- Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access workflows, and security best practices.

- Solid experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and broader IAM concepts.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including their identity and access frameworks.

- Experience conducting PoCs, solution demos, and product evaluations for enterprise customers.

- Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate them into solution proposals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a security-first mindset.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience collaborating with sales teams, engineering teams, and product management in pre-sales cycles.

- Certifications in IAM/PAM or cybersecurity (e. , CyberArk Defender/Sentry, CISSP, CISA) are an added advantage.
