About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong technical expertise in the Sales and/or Service modules of Dynamics 365 Online. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in both client-side and server-side customizations, along with proven integration, deployment, and DevOps capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement new functionalities and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Customize and configure CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET assemblies, and web resources.

- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST APIs (with or without middleware).

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve interface issues; provide ongoing application support.

- Conduct code reviews, validate solution designs, and oversee deployment readiness.

- Collaborate on solution architecture and contribute to high-level design decisions.

- Facilitate application demos, knowledge transfer sessions, and walkthroughs.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Manage deployment processes and CRM server administration tasks.

- Support data migration using Dynamics features or third-party tools.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online (Sales and/or Service modules).

- Server-side customization using C# and .NET assemblies.

- Client-side development : JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, AJAX.

- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks : Node.js, Angular.js, React.js.

- Proficiency in REST API development and integration with external systems.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps).

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Service Bus, Databases).

- Version control tools like Git, VSS.

- Proven track record in data migration using tools or native CRM features.

Preferred / Nice-to-Haves :

- Experience in agile development environments.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with third-party data migration tools.

Additional Information :

Relocation : Generally not supported, but exceptions may be considered for highly suitable candidates.
