CRM Technical Consultant - Power Platform

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Technical CRM Consultant with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure Functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to develop, customize, and extend CRM functionalities to meet enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Integrate Azure Functions to extend CRM capabilities with scalable logic

- Build Power Automate flows for workflow automation across systems

- Customize entities, views, forms, and dashboards within Dynamics 365

- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and web resources

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions

- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable architecture across CRM components

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CRM and connected systems

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, CDS, and Dynamics 365 CRM customization

- Good understanding of C#, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting

- Familiarity with CI/CD using Azure DevOps pipelines

- Experience working in Agile environments

Good to Have :

- Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams integration, and Power BI

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
