Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot & resolve issues within Microsoft Project Operations CRM modules
- Handle incident management and ensure timely ticket resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
Skills Required :
- Good understanding of CRM modules & workflows
- Experience with troubleshooting & incident management
- Knowledge of MS Power Platform (added advantage)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skill
Qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM Support / Development.
- Experience in Microsoft D365 Project Operations is mandatory.
