CRM Specialist

Location : Hyderabad

Employment Type : Full-Time

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design and implement user journeys for financial products, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention.

- Drive awareness of product features through CRM campaigns and targeted communication.

- Track, measure, and analyze engagement and conversion metrics to optimize CRM performance.

- Continuously refine user journeys based on data-driven insights and A/B testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience working with CRM tools like CleverTap and MoEngage.

- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying gaps and improvement areas.

- Experience in financial products.
