Overview :
We are looking for a CRM Manual Test Engineer with strong experience in testing CRM applications and exposure to automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of CRM systems, identifying defects, and working closely with developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform manual testing of CRM applications, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Understand business processes and translate requirements into test cases and test scripts.
- Execute test cases, log defects, track issues, and validate fixes.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Assist in automation testing efforts using tools like Selenium, UFT, or equivalent.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve test efficiency.
- Participate in test planning, test strategy, and QA process improvements.
- Validate integrations with external systems and ensure seamless data flow within the CRM ecosystem.
- Generate test reports and metrics for management and project teams.
- Stay updated with CRM system updates, releases, and best QA practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3 - 6 years of experience in manual testing of CRM applications (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Exposure to automation testing using Selenium, UFT, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC), QA methodologies, and defect management.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and ability to validate backend data.
- Experience with integration testing, API testing (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) for automated test integration.
- Knowledge of performance testing or load testing is a bonus.
- Certifications like ISTQB or equivalent.
