CRM Developer - Power Platform

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).

- Create and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation.

- Integrate CRM systems with other platforms using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and RESTful APIs.

- Develop and maintain data migration packages using SSIS to ensure seamless migration between systems.

- Write and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, support QA efforts, and troubleshoot issues in CRM solutions.

- Ensure security, performance, and data integrity in CRM configurations and customizations.

- Provide support and training to users on CRM applications and enhancements.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise :

CRM Development :

- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms

- Custom entity development, workflows, business rules, and form customization

- Plugin and custom workflow development using C# and .NET

Power Platform :

- Strong skills in Power Automate (Flow)

- Familiarity with Power BI integration is a plus

Azure Integration :

- Familiarity with API management and authentication (OAuth2, Azure AD)

Data Migration :

- Experience in ETL, data mapping, data cleansing, and schema migration

Programming & Scripting :

- Familiarity with REST APIs and web services

Database & Tools :

- Version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)

Qualifications :

- 4- 8 years of hands-on CRM development experience

- Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (preferred)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Exposure to DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform or .NET applications
