Senior D365 CRM Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in CRM development, customization, and integration, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying CRM solutions that streamline business processes and deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (plugins, workflows, web resources, PowerApps).

- Customize and configure CRM to meet business requirements.

- Work with .NET (C#), JavaScript/TypeScript, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server for solution development.

- Build and maintain SSIS packages, SSRS reports, LogicApps, FunctionApps for data integration and reporting.

- Create technical design documents and perform development, debugging, and unit testing.

- Manage installation, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting for both cloud (online) and on-premise versions.

- Develop applications on Microsoft Power Platform (Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate flows).

- Build PCF controls using React JS and JavaScript.

- Handle data migration and integration using SSIS, PowerQuery, and related tools.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.

- Strong expertise in CRM customization, configuration, and deployment.

- Proficiency in .NET (C#), Dynamics CRM SDK, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server.

- Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, LogicApps, FunctionApps.

- Proven experience with Power Platform (Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Power Automate).

- Strong knowledge of PCF Controls, React JS, JavaScript.

- Experience in data migration/integration using SSIS, PowerQuery.

- Ability to prepare technical design documents and perform effective testing.

- Experience in both online and on-premise CRM environments.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
