Job Description

Responsibilities :

System Administration and Configuration :

- Manage and maintain the CRM system, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.

- Configure and customize the CRM platform (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot) to meet business requirements.

- Create and manage custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and processes.

- Perform regular system audits and health checks to ensure optimal performance.

- Coordinate and implement system upgrades and updates.

Data Management and Integrity :

- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity within the CRM system.

- Implement data validation rules and data quality checks.

- Perform data cleansing and deduplication activities.

- Manage data imports and exports.

- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

User Support and Training :

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to CRM users.

- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions.

- Create and maintain user documentation and guides.

- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and issues.

Reporting and Analytics :

- Create and manage standard and custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM data.

- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.

Workflow Automation and Process Improvement :

- Design and implement CRM automation workflows to streamline business processes.

- Identify opportunities to optimize CRM usage and improve efficiency.

- Document CRM processes and recommend improvements.

Integration and Collaboration :

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business applications.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors for CRM integrations and support.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs and provide CRM solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience as a CRM Administrator, preferably with a specific CRM platform (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot).

- Strong understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and functionalities.

- Proven ability to configure and customize a CRM system.

- Excellent data management and analytical skills.

- Experience in creating reports and dashboards.

- Solid understanding of workflow automation.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in a specific CRM platform (Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).

- Experience with data migration and integration tools.

- Basic understanding of API concepts and integration methods.

- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and customer service processes
