Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financial Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Applications R12 to support our enterprise financial systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of core financial modules and be capable of independently managing tasks, resolving high-priority issues, and working closely with business stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role that requires experience with P2P cycle, financial integrations, and key modules including AP, GL, Payments, iProcurement, and Cash Management.


Key Responsibilities :


- Act as the primary functional consultant for Oracle EBS Financials, primarily focusing on Purchasing, Accounts Payable (AP), Payments (H2H setup and operations), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management, EB Tax, iSupplier, and iProcurement.

- Lead the setup, configuration, testing, and deployment of financial modules in Oracle EBS R12.

- Provide production support and resolve critical issues (P0/P1) by analyzing root causes and implementing fixes quickly and accurately.

- Participate in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades, including requirement gathering, solution design, functional specifications, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

- Ensure smooth functioning of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle, including PO creation, invoice processing, payment execution, and accounting.

- Handle financial interfaces and integrations with third-party systems and banking platforms.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance users, technical developers, DBAs, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional support and solutions.

- Independently manage projects and tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system configurations, business processes, and user training.

- Ensure solutions are compliant with internal controls and financial regulations.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) with a focus on Financials.

- Strong expertise in Purchasing, AP, Payments (H2H), GL, Cash Management, iSupplier,

iProcurement, and EB Tax.

- Experience working on on-premise Oracle EBS applications (not just cloud-based).

- Proficient in functional setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.

- Solid understanding of the P2P cycle and its business processes.

- Experience in supporting production systems, including handling high-priority incidents

(P0/P1).

- Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve system and configuration issues independently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
