Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle C2M Senior Lead with strong hands-on expertise in CC&B, MDM, DACS/WACS/WAM. The role requires both leadership and technical depth to drive Oracle Utilities projects, ensure high-quality delivery, and provide guidance to development teams in large-scale digital transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee Oracle C2M solution implementation across CC&B, MDM, DACS, WACS, and WAM modules.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership in configuration, customization, and integration.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure performance optimization.

- Mentor and guide team members on Oracle Utilities best practices and OUAF development.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and status updates for stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities with strong expertise in C2M, CC&B, MDM, DACS/WACS/WAM.

- Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and OUAF config tools.

- Strong knowledge of integration, data migration, and performance tuning.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively with global teams and prepare English documentation.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Utilities certifications (preferred)
