Job Description :

Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M suite :

- Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)

- Meter Data Management (MDM)

- Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M

- Field Service Integration (e.g., with MWM or external FSM platforms)

- Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end systems

Expertise in meter-to-cash (M2C) processes including :

- Billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, service orders

- Strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations

- Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)

Technical and Integration Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT

- Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture

- Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows (via SGG or custom adapters)

- Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications

- Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques

- Knowledge of role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards

Architectural and Leadership Skills :

- Enterprise utility architecture design experience

- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints

- Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills both technical and business-facing

- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops

- Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery

- Exposure to cloud migration strategies and hybrid models (on-prem to cloud C2M migration)
