About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python, TypeScript, and hands-on experience in AI-driven automation, including agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and system orchestration.

Youll work across the tech stackbackend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and AI automation pipelinesto deliver production-grade features rapidly.

This role demands a strong bias for action, ownership of deliverables, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end features using Python (backend) and TypeScript/JavaScript (frontend).

- Contribute to development on modern frameworks such as :

1. Next.js or React for frontend

2. Node.js and FastAPI/Flask for backend APIs

- Write clean, testable, and modular code to support rapid deployment and iteration.

- Develop and integrate LLM-driven agents capable of multi-step reasoning and execution (agentic AI).

- Design prompt chains using prompt engineering techniques, function calling, tool-use reasoning, and context management.

- Use automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer) to script workflows for UI/system interaction.

- Integrate AI services via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agent frameworks).

- Work on cloud deployment and infrastructure using GCP (Google Cloud Platform).

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services and databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase, etc.).

- Set up logging, error monitoring, and alerts for production systems.

- Work closely with product, design, and other engineers in agile teams to ship features and iterate quickly.

- Own the full lifecycle of featuresfrom ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and scalability strategies for AI-intensive systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong experience with Python, including API development and automation scripting.

- Proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js/React, and Node.js.

- Solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.

- Experience working with AI-driven systems, especially those involving LLMs, embeddings, and autonomous agents.

- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or browser automation tools.

- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, chain-of-thought prompting, or LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.
