Who You Are :

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with deep Drupal CMS expertise to join our India team. This role sits at the intersection of technical web development, site security & compliance, UX design, and digital strategy. Youll take the lead on Drupal-based initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes and support business growth.

This is not a generic PHP role- were looking for a Drupal specialist who thrives on building scalable, secure, and user-centric digital experiences.

What You Will Be Doing :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of websites and applications built on Drupal CMS.

- Build, extend, and maintain Drupal modules, themes, templates, and component libraries.

- Implement Drupal best practices for site architecture, configuration management, caching, and performance optimization.

- Manage integrations between Drupal and external platforms (e.g., Salesforce CRM, AWS services, analytics tools).

- Own end-to-end Drupal release management - including configuration, version control (Git), QA, and CI/CD deployment.

- Collaborate with brand, SEO, security, and digital teams to deliver high-quality and consistent web experiences.

- Conduct site audits for performance, accessibility, and security - ensuring alignment with

OWASP standards and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).

- Drive experimentation - support A/B testing, personalization, and site optimization strategies.

- Partner with legal, IT, and security teams to maintain a secure and compliant Drupal ecosystem, including a centralized Trust Center for transparency.

What You Will Bring :

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years hands-on experience building and scaling websites on Drupal (preferably versions 8/9/10).

- 5+ years overall web development experience, with strong expertise in front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive frameworks.

- Proven skills in developing custom Drupal modules, themes, and templates.

- Solid experience with Drupal site building, configuration management, Views, Content Types,

Taxonomies, Menus, Blocks, and Multilingual sites.

- Experience integrating Drupal with external APIs, CRMs (Salesforce preferred), and third-party systems.

- Familiarity with back-end technologies : PHP (for Drupal customization), MySQL, and Git-based workflows.

- Strong understanding of Drupal security practices, site hardening, and vulnerability management.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CDN services (CloudFront, Akamai, etc.).

- Experience in web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and mobile-first responsive design.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications :

- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, ZoomInfo, or Gainsight).

- Experience with consent management tools (e.g., OneTrust).

- Prior experience building compliance-focused digital resources (e.g., a Drupal-based Trust Center).
