Crisil - Full Stack Developer - C#/ASP/.Net

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fullstack Developer who is passionate about building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using modern fullstack technologies

- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to understand and refine requirements

- Lead and contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions

- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

- Develop and manage Docker containers, Kubernetes deployments, and CI/CD pipelines

- Ensure code quality through automated tests, peer reviews, and documentation

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address them

- Proactively monitor and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability and uptime

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)

- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve development efficiency

Technical Skills & Expertise :

Must-Have Skills :

- Backend : C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API

- Frontend : React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Database : SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)

- Cloud Platforms : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)

- DevOps & Containers : Docker, Kubernetes

- API Technologies : RESTful APIs, GraphQL

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and principles (SOLID, DRY, etc.)

Good to Have :

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch

- Knowledge of microservices architecture

- Exposure to agile project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 4-8 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role

- Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying scalable web applications

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
