Job Overview:

We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to join our team immediately. This role focuses entirely on manual testing within the Lending domain (LOS & LMS). Automation execution is not required, but candidates must possess knowledge of Playwright automation using Java or Python.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manual Testing: Design and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases for LOS and LMS workflows.

- Domain Validation: Validate loan processes from application and underwriting through to disbursement and collections.

- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software bugs to resolution using Jira.

- Collaboration: Partner with developers to clarify business rules and verify bug fixes.

Required Skills & Education:

- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, MCA, B.E./B.Tech, or a related technical field.

- Experience: 1.5 to 2 years in manual software testing; immediate availability is mandatory.

- Domain Expertise: Practical experience testing Loan Origination (LOS) or Loan Management Systems (LMS).

- Core QA: Strong proficiency in test case design, API testing (Postman), and basic SQL data verification.
